Plan change guidance
How plan changes work
These rules help keep billing clear when you move between monthly, yearly, Standard, and Premium plans.
Upgrades or higher-priced changes
Upgrades and higher-priced changes are intended to take effect immediately. Stripe calculates prorated charges and credits for the remaining time in the current billing period and invoices the adjustment at the time of the update.
Downgrades and yearly-to-monthly changes
Downgrades to a cheaper plan, or changes from yearly to monthly billing, are scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Your current plan remains active until that date.
Scheduled future plans
If a future plan change is already scheduled, the selected future plan is shown as Scheduled on this page. Other plan changes are paused here so the next plan stays clear.
Paid plans remain active for the full billing term selected at checkout. Direct cancellation of the current active plan, direct ad-hoc plan changes, and direct cancellation or editing of a scheduled future plan change are not available on the site.
